What We Do
What does Restoration Piping Technologies do?
We restore pipes right within the walls or underground, without tearing them out, using The ACE DuraFlo® system.
What is the ACE DuraFlo® System?
The ACE DuraFlo® process is the cost-effective way of permanently restoring corroded and leaky pipes by coating the pipes with 100% epoxy materials that are NSF/ANSI Standard 61 approved, UPC listed and IPC compliant.

What type of pipe can Restoration Piping Technologies restore?
The ACE DuraFlo® system is designed to restore all metallic, concrete or asbestos piping systems.
In galvanized piping systems, the rust and corrosion buildup within the pipe is removed during the cleaning process. Then the pipes are coated to prevent any future buildup from reoccurring.
Copper pipes are cleaned in a similar manner and the epoxy prevents future pinhole leaks while coating the pipes.
If a hole is found in my piping, can you fix it?
YES! Sometimes large holes are found in the piping system once the encrustation is removed from the piping walls. If a large hole is found, we simply replace the affected pipe and continue with the process.
If a large hole is found or a blow-out occurs, can you fix it?
Every Restoration Piping Technologies crew is made up of both pipe restoration specialists and licensed plumbers; problem pipes are replaced promptly and properly.
If pipes are old and fragile, can Restoration Piping Technologies fix my pipes?
YES! The cleaning process is so refined that it can recondition most piping systems back to full operating condition.
Who has used Pipe Restoration?
Some of the largest companies and cities worldwide have taken advantage of this proven technology for many years. Some customers including hotels, government agencies, property managers, building owners, hospitals, U.S. Navy, primary care facilities, and universities.
How the System Works
How long has this method been in use?

Is the ACE DuraFlo® System the most environmentally friendly alternative?
YES! The ACE DuraFlo® System significantly reduces waste and strain on landfills compared to the conventional repipe method.
Is the ACE DuraFlow® Restoration Piping Technolgies system safe?
YES! Restoration Piping Technolgies does not use chemicals in its cleaning process, meeting North America's strictest water safety standards.
In addition, the epoxy used in the process is certified safe for use in potable water systems. Once restored, your system will no longer leach lead or copper contaminants. Your water stays pure, clean and safe to drink.
Is the ACE DuraFlow® Restoration Piping Technolgies system permanent?
As a permanent, safe solution for protecting water systems, Restoration Piping Technolgies uses only coating materials that are NSF/ANSI Standard 61 approved, UPC listed and IPC compliant.
Does the pipe restoration outlast a new pipe?
YES! New pipes start to deteriorate the moment the water is turned on. Epoxy lined pipes protect from future corrosion or pinhole leaks indefinitely.
Cost / Payment Options
Does pipe restoration save money?
YES! Since pipe restoration restores a building's piping system within the walls, owners save money by not destroying walls, and having to patch, tape, texture, paint, wallpaper or tile.
The savings in the reconstruction cost makes pipe restoration the less expensive alternative.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for payment.
What to Expect on Your Job
Is the Restoration Process Quiet?
Yes. The ACE DuraFlo® system is very quiet. Once a connection is made compressed air is directed to the connections from an outside source to prepare the pipes.
Will carpet and flooring be protected when crews come into a home or business to setup?
Yes. The ACE DuraFlo® crew conducts all their work indoors, so you are assured that no mud or dirt will be tracked into your home or business. The only working materials that are likely to touch your flooring are the hoses that supply the air to the piping system. Protective covers will be laid over your floor before any work is started.
Is the Restoration Piping Technolgies Sytem Fast?
Yes. Most pipes can be cleaned very quickly; allowing crews to be in and out in a short time.
Copper pipes are cleaned even faster than steel pipes.
How can you be sure that the pipes are clean?
The professionally trained Restoration Piping Technologies team can use a number of methods to insure that the piping system is cleaned.
Some of the methods used are optical checks through valves and connections, fiber optic cameras inserted into the pipes and electronic measuring devices may also be used.
Will there be trained staff on-site to answer questions?
Yes. Every member of the ACE DuraFlo® crew is trained and can answer your questions regarding the pipe restoration process.
Can restoration be planned around the tenant's or homeowner's schedule?
YES! The Restoration Piping Technologies restoration is planned as far ahead as possible. An updated schedule of the suites or apartments will be posted in the lobby on a daily basis.
For a home, the homeowner will be able to schedule their home as far in advance as they like.
The process should not compromise a tenant's or homeowner's standard of living.
Will carpet and flooring be protected?
YES! The crew conducts all their work inside the building so no mud or dirt will be tracked in. The only working material likely to touch the flooring is the food grade hose that supplies the air to the piping system. In the event that the flooring requires special attention, ground covers are put down before work begins.
What happens if I want to remodel or add to a system that has already been restored?
Call us at (513) 851-1925 and tell us what you are planning to remodel. Due to the different piping systems and different needs for particular remodels there is no "one and only way" to adapt to our system with your particular piping material and remodel needs.
